Clean the water tank from time to time by putting fresh water in it. Rinse and empty (Fig. 12).
Warning!
Do not put vinegar, decalcifying agents or other fragrant substance inside the tank; otherwise, the warranty may
be revoked.

Clean plastic parts with a damp, non-abrasive cloth and dry them with a dry cloth.

If an ironing operation has only recently finished, switch off the appliance, disconnect the power cable from the
mains. Wait at least two hours, until the appliance is cold and the internal pressure is depleted, before unscrewing
the cap (O).

remove the tank (B) and empty it completely before you empty the boiler (Fig. 12).
do not unscrew the boiler cap (o) with the appliance in its working position, as this may cause the water in the
boiler to escape unexpectedly (Fig. 13).
Position the appliance so that the boiler safety cap (O) is on the upper part. unscrew the boiler safety cap (O) using a normal
screwdriver. Turn the appliance upside-down over a sink and completely empty the boiler.
Place one measuring cup of tap water in the boiler (Fig. 16). Shake the appliance well, then empty it again of all the water.
Repeat this operation until the water coming out of the boiler is clean and clear.
After cleaning the boiler, pour approx. 400 cc of water into the boiler (Fig. 16) and refit the cap (O) tightening it slightly,
without forcing it excessively. Refit the cover.
Clean the boiler at least every two months so as to eliminate any residue of lime that could jeopardize proper
operation of the appliance.

note: it is absolutely normal that the white plastic parts of the iron slightly change in colour after a certain period
of use at high temperatures.
