A utomatic Testing
1.
C onne ct your HDMI
into the appropriate inputs of the te ste r [1, 2, 3, or 4].
2.
Slide the switch [5] to CO NTINUITY (LEDs are lit continuously)
or SW EEP (LEDs will light successive ly).
3.
The LEDs indicate the following test results:

conne cted. In our exam ple , pins #1, #4, #7 and
#10 are not conne cted.

conne cted. Shorted pins will light brighte r. In our
ex ample , pins #4, #5 and #6 are shorted.
