Appendix A "Range coefficient"

Using the "Range coefficient", the maximum viscosity that can be measured with a specific
spindle can be quickly determined�
1� Identify the selected spindle and the viscometer spring sensor (lo-vi/me-vi/hi-vi l/hi-vi ll)�
2� Find the "Range coefficient" in below table�
3� Divide the range coefficient by the spindle speed�
E�g�: If you choose me-vi viscometer with SP-6 spindle: Range coefficient is 10,000�
