Information for specialist dealers: Programming the wheels
The remote control and e-motion wheels were synchronised at the factory. If a re-programming should be necessary,
then please proceed as follows:
Place an e-motion wheel into the bracket on the wheelchair; the wheel must turn freely.

Set the DIP switch 6 [a] of the wheel to ON.
Ÿ
Place the rechargeable battery into the e-motion wheel.
Ÿ
Press the selection button [b] on the wheel once (code "learn" is started).

Press the OFF [4] button on the remote control, wait 2 seconds and press the OFF [4] button

again (code is learnt by the wheel).
Take the rechargeable battery out of the wheel and set the DIP switch 6 [a] to OFF.

Place the rechargeable battery into the e-motion wheel again.
Ÿ
Press the [1] button on the remote control (wheel is switched on and support level 1 is

activated).
Check with the wheel's push rim whether the selected support level 1 was activated correctly.
Ÿ
Press the OFF [4] button on the remote control (wheel is switched off).
Ÿ
Check with the wheel's push rim whether the wheel was switched off correctly.

Press the [3] button on the remote control (wheel is switched on and support level 2 is

activated).
Check with the wheel's push rim whether the selected support level 2 was activated correctly.
Ÿ
Press the OFF [4] button on the remote control (wheel is switched off).
Ÿ
Check with the wheel's push rim whether the wheel was switched off correctly.
Ÿ
Repeat all the above steps with the second e-motion wheel.
Ÿ
Note:
Hold the remote control at a distance of less than 1.3 metres from the wheel during the programming process.
If the programming fails, then repeat all the above steps again.
