HANDLING
• Place the food to be processed in the inlet tray
(Figure 7 point 1) and place a collection
container under the outlet orifice.
• Set the switch to the 0 position (Figure 8) to
ensure the machine remains switched off when it
is plugged in.
• Next, insert the plug into the power socket
and turn the switch to the ON position to set the
machine ready for meat mincing.
• Only push the food with the Plunger to insert it
into the mincer inlet mouth, never with the fingers,
a fork, a spoon handle or other items as there is
a considerable risk of an accident or the machine
being damaged.
• In case of emergency, immediately unplug the
power socket.
• Do not attempt to grasp the machine when it
is connected or in use, or if it falls or come into
contact with water.
• An excess of food to be processed will cause a
slowdown of the engine causing excessive noise
and/or engine blockage.
SUGGESTIONS
• Minced meat is very susceptible to developing
microorganisms. Ensure good hygiene is practi-
ced when working with meat.
• Preferably, use long pieces of meat at least 4
cm wide. Take care that the meat does not have
bones or tendoms.
• Use the switch pedal (ref.32.00.0, optional).

IN CASE OF FAULT
If the motor is blocked due to
food obstruction
• Hold the switch in the R position, which will
make the motor work in reverse. This way, the
motor will run backwards. So, it can continue
processing food pressing the switch on the ON
position.
• Switch off and disconnect the machine from the
mains, if the spindle is to be manipulated.
• Make sure the machine is switched off to avoid
entrapment.
• If the motor cannot be unblocked in this manner,
proceed to disassemble the headstock in order to
remove the food obstructing the outlet port and
clean the machine as described in the cleaning
paragraph.
If the power cable is damaged
or if defects are observed on the
machine's parts
• Immediately disconnect the machine by turning
the switch to the 0 position.
• If it is not possible to do this without danger,
remove the power plug from the socket.
• Have the service agent repair the defects before
the machine is used again.
