Assembling the machine and starting up for
the first time
The ARIES REVOLUTION meat mincer machine is
served with its two main components:
1. Base and Gearmotor (Figure 3).
2. Meat mincing head (Figure 3).
To assemble the machine, the meat mincing head
must be coupled with the Gear motor. First of all,
make sure the machine is unplugged. Here is
how to do the assembly:

completely stable and there is no way it can fall
from the work surface (e.g. due to vibrations or
the power cable catching) or come into contact
with water.
• Unscrew the Stainless steel screws on the Gear
motor's cover (Figure 5).
• Position the head spindle so that it fits into the
groove on the Gear motor's output axis (Figure
5 point 1).
• Fit the head spindle to the Gear motor's output
axis.
• Fit and tighten the Stainless steel screws on the
cover to the stud bolts on the Gear motor.
Assembling the head
1. If the head is joined to the gear motor,
unplug the socket from the power source.
2. Fit the propeller (Figure 6 point 1) to
the gear motor's output axis (Figure 5 point
2).
3. Proceed to place the blade (Figure 6
point 2) and the plate (Figure 6 point
3).

4. Secure the entire (Figure 6 point 4)
assembly by turning the ring until the blade
rests on the plate.
5. To finish, fit the tray into the inlet mouth,
supporting the feet on the Gear motor´s box
(Figure 7 point 1).
6. The mincing machine is ready for use.
REMEMBER
Do not screw the ring too tight since this may pro-
duce that the motor runs slowly. This may over-
load and damage the machine.
WARNING
The machine will be damaged if the blade
is inserted in reverse, assemble according to
(Figure 6).
