MONTAGEHANDLEIDING:
1. Verwijder links en rechts de zijpanelen uit de kofferbak. Verwijder t.p.v.
het achterpaneel de kunststof- afdekplaat.
2. Demonteer de bumper deze is op 15 plaatsen aan het voertuig gemon-
teerd. Knip de juiste bumper template uit en plaats deze in het midden
en aan de onderzijde van de bumper. Zaag vervolgens het aangege-
ven gedeelte uit.
3. Demonteer de concealing cover deze is op 6 plaatsen gemonteerd.
Knip de concealing template uit en plaats deze in het midden en aan
de achterzijde van de concealing cover. Zaag vervolgens het aange-
geven gedeelte uit.
4. Verwijder het aluminiumprofiel en zijn bevestiging. Attentie. Alleen de
twee M10 bouten inclusief ringen worden bij trekhaak montage herge-
bruikt.
5. Monteer de steunen van de trekhaak "overeenkomstig schets" aan het
voertuig.
6. Monteer de dwarsbuis "overeenkomstig schets" tussen de zojuist
geplaatste steunen.
7. Monteer het kogelhuis.
8. Draai alle bouten overeenkomstig de tabel vast.
9. Monteer het aluminiumprofiel overeenkomstig schets.
10.Monteer de concealing cover.
11.Herplaats de bumper en het overige in punt.1 verwijderde.
Raadpleeg voor demontage en montage van voertuig onderdelen het
werkplaats handboek.
Raadpleeg voor montage en bevestigingsmiddelen de schets.
Voor de montage- en demontage van de afneembare kogel dient men de
bijgesloten handleiding te raadplegen.
BELANGRIJK:
* Voor eventueel noodzakelijke aanpassing(en) "van het voertuig" dient
men de dealer te raadplegen.
* Indien op de bevestigingspunten een bitumen of anti-dreunlaag aanwe-
zig is, dient deze verwijderd te worden.
* Voor de max. toegestane massa, welke uw auto mag trekken, dient u uw
dealer te raadplegen.
* Bij het boren dient men er zorg voor te dragen, dat electriciteits-, rem- en
brandstofleidingen niet worden geraakt.
* Verwijder "indien aanwezig" de plastik dopjes uit de puntlasmoeren.
* Deze handleiding dient na montage bij de voertuigpapieren gevoegd te
worden.

FITTINGINSTRUCTIONS:
1. Remove the side lining and the plastic sill in the luggage.
2. Remove the 15 fastenings from the bumper and cut out in the lower
part of the bumper as shown in the correct template.
3. Remove the 6 fastenings from the concealing cover and cut out in the
concealing cover as shown in the template.
4. Remove the aluminium beam and its fastenings. Note. Save 2 of the
M10 bolts for fitting the towbar.
5. Fit the ends loosely to the frame-members on the car. See illustration.
6. Fit the cross-beam loosely to the ends. See illustration.
7. Fit the ball housing.
8. Tighten all bolts with a torque wrench.
9. Fit the aluminium beam as shown in the illustration.
10.Fit the concealing cover.
11.Fit the bumper. Replace the side lining and plastic sill in the luggage.

For assembly and disassembly of the removable ball one is referred to the
enclosed instructions.
NOTE:
* Should this installation process entail the cutting of the bumper – con-
formation MUST be obtained by the installation engineer of the custo-
mer's acceptance prior to completion. Brink International do not accept
