Check that the emergency stop button has not been pressed
(Fig. 7, Ref. 1) and if necessary rearm it; ensure that the
selector (Fig. 7, Ref. 2) is in the LOC position, to enable the
local controls. Turn the selector (Fig. 7 Ref. 3) to ON, wait
for the spark plug indicator light (Fig. , Ref. 4) to turn off and
then turn the selector to START (Fig. 7, Ref. 3): the diesel
engine starts up.
Turn the selector (Fig. 7, Ref. 5) to the right (arrow
upwards): the machine is ready to start pumping.
Use the fl ow rate selector (+/-) (Fig. 7, Ref. 6) to adjust
delivery as read on the Led indicator bar (Fig. 7, Ref. 7).

The fl ow rate scale (Fig. 8) is divided into green leds to
indicate the screw pump speed percentage.
a fl ashing led indicates a value of 5%, which must be added
to the number of fi xed leds
each of which indicates a value of 10%

Open the jet air cock (pneumatic control)
(Fig. 3 Ref. 2) and (Fig. 5, Ref. 1)and the machine starts
to pump. Otherwise the machine can be started using the
electric remote control, setting the selector (Fig. 7, Ref. 2)
to REM, to enable the remote control. The pump starts to
turn slowly. With the selector (Fig. 7, Ref. 2) set to REM, the
machine is controlled exclusively by means of the electric
remote control. Once the machine has started up, wait for
the grout previously loaded into the hopper to be pumped
out. Now stop the machine by means of the pneumatic or
electric control, fi ll the hopper and start work. Adjust the
quantity of material delivered by the jet, using the (+) and (-)
buttons (Fig. 7, Ref. 6).
The material cock (Fig 5, Ref. 2) located on the jet for
premixed and conventional materials must never be
closed without previously closing the air cock, in order
to prevent early wear of the screw unit.
Turn and hold the selector (Fig. 7, Ref. 6) to wards the
downwards arrow; the screw pump reverses and discharges
the pressure in the pipes.
IMER INTERNATIONAL S.p.A.
PRESTIGE
Do not prolong this operation for more 4 or 5 seconds, so as
not to damage the screw.
The pressure gauge (Fig. 7, Ref. 10) indicates the pump's
hydraulic drive circuit pressure: when pumping material, the
pressure is usually in the range 60 to 120 bar, and will rise
as high as 240 bar in case of blockage or screw jammed
after a long pause in operation.
Mixer operation:
Turn the selector (Fig. 7, Ref. 8) to the upwards arrow to
turn the mixer blades in the right direction; turn it the other
way (downwards arrow) to turn them in reverse, as an aid to
clearing them when jammed or when dealing with lumps in
the mixture.
Press the button (Fig. 7, Ref. 9) with the selector (Fig. 7,
Ref. 8) already at the upwards arrow position activates
the automatic mixing time. The mixer stops after the
set (programmable) time. If the button (Fig. 7, Ref. 9) is
pressed before the time has expired, the mixer stops.
1
See programming, par. 11.1
Raise and lower the mixer with the lever (Fig. 6, Ref. 1).
5
Pulling the mixer control upwards unloads the mixture
material. Pushing it down returns the mixer to the loading
position
6
The pressure gauge (Fig. 7, Ref. 11) indicates the mixer's
hydraulic drive circuit pressure: it is normally in the range
60 to 140 bar, and may rise as high as 200 bar when the
2
mixer jams. The button (Fig. 7, Ref. 13) activates the water
meter, which delivers the programmed amount of water to
3
the mixer. This is only available on models with electronic
water meter. If pressed before the timer has counted down,
the button stops the fl ow of water. See programming, par. 11.
The water meter kit is available as an optional extra.
10
The machine must never be started or remain without
material in the hopper during operation, otherwise this
will cause early wear of the stator and screw.
persons.
11.2 PROGRAMMING THE MIXING
TIME
Proceed as follows: hold down the button (Fig. 7, Ref. 9)
for 5 seconds, the led scale (Fig. 7, Ref. 7) will turn off for a
second and then turn back on, ready for programming. Set
the mixing time with the selector (Ref. 6). Each led is equal

11.3 PROGRAMMING THE WATER DELIVERY
(AS APPLICABLE)
(only machines with electronic water meter)
Proceed as follows: hold down the button (Ref. 13) for 5
seconds, the led scale (Ref. 7) will turn off for a second and
then turn back on, ready for programming. Set the water
delivery with the selector (Ref. 6) Each led corresponds to
2 litres, while a fl ashing led corresponds to 1 litre. The scale
goes up to 10 litres with all leds green, after which the leds
turn red for water delivery from 10 to 20 litres.
To confi rm the setting, press the button Ref. 9 again for 1
second.
