Replacing the aerator stone
Preparatory work:

 Remove ClearWave. (→ ClearWave Disassembly and cleaning)
How to proceed:
1. Pull the aerator stone out of the clamp holder.
2. Pull the hose off the aerator stone and fit it to the new aerator stone.
– Fasten the hose with a cable tie on the connection.
3. Push the aerator stone into the clamp holder.
