OPERATION

Start with an empty washer, no water in the wash tank. It is easier to begin this way.
Make sure the screens and the overflow pipe are in place.
Close the door.
Press the Green Power Button (1).The Power ON Indicator Light (2) will illuminate. If the wash tank is empty, the machine will
start to fill. Always keep the door closed during this time. When the machine has filled to its required water level, the heating
elements will then raise the rinse and wash water temperatures automatically.
On the initial fill only, i t will take approximately 15-20 minutes to reach the optimum temperatures (85°C on the Rinse
Temperature Gauge (3) and 60°C on the Wash Temperature Gauge (4).
When the washer is ready, the Ready Indicator Lamp (5) will illuminate, indicating that the machine has reached its operating
temperature.
You can now begin to wash.
All wares must be pre-rinsed before placing in the warewasher rack. Fill the rack and slide it into the warewasher.

Close the door and press the Cycle Start Button (6). The Cycle Indicator Lamp (7) will illuminate and the washer will begin it's
wash cycle, followed by a brief pause and finish with the rinse cycle.
Following the completion of the program, the Cycle Indicator Lamp (7) will turn off. Open the door and remove the rack to let the
items "air dry".
You are now ready for another load.
The washer must be turned off, drained and left empty at completion of each day.
DRAINING THE WASHER
F-14: This model drains by gravity.

F-18DP: This model comes equipped with a built-in drain pump.
The drain pump is activated automatically during the fill and rinse cycles to evacuate excess water.
To manually drain the wash tank, you must:
1. Turn off the Green Power Button (1). The Power Indicator Lamp (2) will turn off.
2. Open the door, remove the rack and remove the overflow pipe. C
3. Press and hold the White Drain Pump Button (8)
to let any waste exit the drain as it can block the drain pump.
Release the button when the water has been discharged. Drainage time should not exceed 1 minute.
The most common causes of drain pump failure are:
Debris was flushed down the drain and blocked the impeller in the pump. (Note: Removing
the impeller cover and clearing the obstruction generally restores normal pump function).
The drain hose at the back of the unit is restricted in someway.
Incoming water pressure is higher than 3 BAR.
IMPORTANT! Pump failure caused by debris is NOT covered by the warranty.
