carefree from your guarantee period.

1. PERIOD. The statutory guarantee period for Defects for the CUSTOMERS who purchase Products for
private purposes amounts to two (2) years as from the date on which the SUPPLIER sold the Products to
the CUSTOMER. Such guarantee period is extended to 5 years if you complete the said guarantee card and
return it by post or by email.
2. EXCLUSIONS The above-named guarantee does not apply if:
2.1. the Products were damaged after risk transfer;
2.2. the Product was bought second hand;
2.3. the CUSTOMER does not have a valid proof of purchase that states the purchase date;
2.4. the Products were fitted, mounted, used or maintained incorrectly;
2.5. the Defect arose pursuant to any manipulation, negligence or abnormal actions by the CUSTOMER,
which are in conflict with the designated use of the Product, not in line with the Manual or any user
instructions, or are the consequence of commercial, incorrect, wrong or abnormal use;
2.6. the Defect resulted from any reason caused by force majeure or under unforeseen circumstances
beyond the SUPPLIER's control;
2.7. the cause of the Defect is inherent to the normal operation, wear and tear (e.g. scratches, damaged
layer of paint, discolouration, stains, etc.) or life span of the Product;
2.8. the Defect is not reported to the SUPPLIER within a period of seven (7) calendar days after the Defect
was discovered;
3. OBLIGATION. The SUPPLIER's obligation under this guarantee exclusively covers replacing and repairing
any Products displaying Defects. The SUPPLIER may replace the Products by similar Products. The SUPPLIER
is not obliged to do anything any more and does not cover any accompanying damage or costs if there is
no consensus.
