Fitting kit
- 2 self tapping screws.
- 2 M6 nylock nuts.
- 2 beleved spacers.
Assembly
- Draw the rear panels outlines on the original number plate support with a white pencil.
- Remove the saddle, the rear seat unit, the passenger handle and indicators.
- Cut away the rear seat unit five mm up your line by avoiding the fixing points (you keep the toolbox).
- Replace the rear seat unit.
- Place the undertray and fix it on the four right and left original points of the sides panels, replace the
saddle.
- Think to fix the front part of the undertray using the furnished screws.
- If necessary, fix the plate with the supplied beleved spacers.
* Painted and varnished parts are not guaranteed against high pressure steam washes or aggressive cleaning products which can damage them and unstuck the varnish. We advise moreover, according to the technical data
of our painting suppliers, to wait one month to obtain a complete polymerization of varnish.
* Accessories gone up on the motorbike will not be any more considered as new and will be neither retaken nor exchanged.
* Ermax accessories are foreseen for original equipments. They will not be guaranteed if they are used in others conditions.
* Due to vehicles made tolerances, beyond our control, some Ermax products might need adjustings to fit.
* Any deterioration of the parts due to the presence of any excessive load in the undertray will not be guaranteed.
* A few tyres, as Dunlop D207 or Michelin Pilot Power, not being for the given dimensions, are not compatible with undertray and rear hugger made for original tyres in standard dimensions.
* Harden the rear shock absorber while drivings with load or on dented roads.
* Aluminium screws are garanted until 6 Nm by our suppliers. Care to excessive clampings which may damage or break screws.
- 2 BHC screws 615.
- 2 plastic washers.
* The "Ermax" mudguard and undertray are compatible.
