YOUR APPLIANCE.
Cleaning or Replacing the Filter
If the Filters become blocked they should be removed and cleaned. Press the
small tab on the Filter Cover towards the back of the Fryer and lift off the Filter
Cover. Wash the Filters in warm soapy water, rinse and shake dry. Make sure
that the Filters are completely dry before replacing.
After 30 uses the Filters should be changed. The Filters can be ordered with the
attached order form or purchased directly through the retailer.
NOTE: Do not use the Fryer without the 3-part Filter and Filter Cover in place.
Removing the Lid
The Lid can be removed from the Fryer by opening the Lid and placing both
hands near the bottom of the Lid beside the Lid Hinge and lifting upwards.
NEVER IMMERSE THE LID IN WATER.
Replace the Lid by placing the white plastic rods in the Lid over the two round
cutouts in the Lid Hinge and sliding the Lid down.
