Component Description
RED L.E.D. + 4 GREEN L.E.D.s ⇒ ⇒ ⇒ ⇒ ⇒ Fuel level indicator; the RED L.E.D. indicates
low fuel, while the 4 GREEN L.E.D.s indicate the fuel level (1/4, 2/4, 3/4, 4/4).
If the "Leonardo" is connected to a LOW FUEL SENSOR and ECU is programmed
as (ALT. FUEL LEVEL SENSOR ⇒ ⇒ ⇒ ⇒ ⇒ low fuel only) the 4 GREEN L.E.D.s are off,
and only the RED L.E.D. is operational.
RED L.E.D. ⇒ ⇒ ⇒ ⇒ ⇒ Steady on; PETROL operation.
2 WAY SWITCH ⇒ ⇒ ⇒ ⇒ ⇒ This enables the selection of the fuel.
By positioning the rocker to the left, alternative fuel operation is selected.
By positioning the rocker to the right, petrol operation is selected.
If you have set start - up with Petrol and the vehicle does not manage to start with petrol,
it is possible to start it up directly with GAS. To do so, carry out the following instructions:
• bring the rocker to the left position (alternative fuel);
• turn the ignition key on (the lights on the switch are on);
• move the rocker from the alternative fuel to the petrol position, then back again to the
alternative fuel position;
• the yellow LED stays steady on;
• start the engine without turning the ignition key off. This causes the engine to start
directly on alternative fuel;
• each time the engine is turned on it is necessary to repeat the above procedure to
start the engine in EMERGENCY mode.
SWITCH
The EMERGENCY function can be activated only if the RED wire of the
"Leonardo" is connected to + 12 V switched ignition, not timed.

The TEMPERATURE SENSOR is an OPTIONAL device; if the "Leonardo" E.C.U.
ORANGE wire isn't connected to this sensor, this function has no effect on the
GASOLINE - GAS change.
