What you see is what you got with this unit. Plus a 120VAC 15A cord and plug. The hose
supplied could be fasten to 1 or 2.
1 is « TO DRAIN » outlet. Once fitting removed it got an ½ NPT connection point
2 is « TO BOWL » outlet. Hose supplied (item # 3) is to be fasten to this connection point.

3 is « HOSE ». Food graded plastic hose is clamped to 5/8 SST tube at both end.
4 is « TEMPERATURE PROBE ». Mostly used to verified temperature of finish
dough
5 is end of hose with a short elbow + fitting to be connected to # 2
