7. Warranty
We offer you a 2-year unlimited manufacturer's warranty (effective from the date of purchase) on all
Bio Green products. Damages arising from external force, improper use as well as non-observance
of cleaning and servicing and these operating instructions, are excluded under this warranty. The
manufacturer is not responsible for damages arising from frost, inadequate heating power for the size of
the space to be heated, or due to inadequate thermal insulation.

8. Cleaning and Maintenance

8.1 Before cleaning the appliance, disconnect it from the socket and let it cool down. The enclosure is
easily to get dirty, wipe it often with soft sponge. For every dirty parts, wipe with a sponge dipped in
<50°C water and mild detergent, then dry the heater enclosure with clean cloth. Be careful not to let the
water enter the appliance inner. Don't splash water onto the heater, never use solvent like gasoline etc.
to clean the heater, in order to protect the enclosure.
8.2 Clean the cord and plug,dry and pack it in a plastic bag.
8.3 When you store the heater, let it cool down first, keep it dry. Then cover it with a plastic bag,
put in a packing box and store it in a dry, ventilated place.
8.4 Opening of the appliance and possible repairs may only be performed by authorised technicians
in due consideration of the applicable repair provisions. Only original components may be fitted. The
warranty covering proper operation and operating safety is valid only if the apparatus is properly
installed and handled. This is also applicable with respect to statutory provisions for technical working
materials as well as applicable accident prevention regulations.
