For the 2007 and following models, cut the
original undertray as shown
Fitting kit
- 4 Ø5 threaded fasteners
- 4 5x15 BHc screws (little head)
- 2 self-tapping screws
- 2 beleved spacers
- 2 rubber Ø5 washers
Assembly
- Remove the saddle, the rear seat unit, the indicators and the original undertray.
- Cut the original undertray as indicated on photos 1 and 2.
- Replace the original undertray, fix the threaded fasteners on the rear seat unit brackets (photo 3).
- Place the provided undertray and fix it with the 4 furnished BHc screws.
- Drill the front side of the Ermax undertray at the places indicated by arrows on picture 1 with the Ø 2 mm and fix it
with the original undertray thanks to the 2 provided self-tapping screws.
- If necessary, fix the plate with the supplied beleved spacers.
* Painted and varnished parts are not guaranteed against high pressure steam washes or aggressive cleaning products which can damage them and unstuck the varnish. We advise moreover, according to the technical
data of our painting suppliers, to wait one month to obtain a complete polymerization of varnish.
* Accessories gone up on the motorbike will not be any more considered as new and will be neither retaken nor exchanged.
* Ermax accessories are foreseen for original equipments. They will not be guaranteed if they are used in others conditions.
* Due to vehicles made tolerances, beyond our control, some Ermax products might need adjusting to fit.
* Any deterioration of the parts due to the presence of any excessive load in the undertray will not be guaranteed.
* A few tyres, as Dunlop D207 or Michelin Pilot Power, not being for the given dimensions, are not compatible with undertray and rear hugger made for original tyres in standard dimensions.
* Aluminium screws are garanted until 6 Nm by our suppliers. Care to excessive clampings which may damage or break screws.
