9.7.2.2 Wall and bottom lining

Front appliance:
The plates are located on the bottom and against the back and side walls of the appliance (see appendix 2,
fig. 11). When replacing the plates, these will have to be taken out.
The bottom plate must be removed first, then the side wall plates and finally the rear plates.
Placing the plates takes place in reverse order.
Ensure that the plates are placed back in their original positions! The rear plate, for instance, must be placed with

the small, not countersunk, holes towards the front. The rounded, top side of the side plates should be on the side
of the door.
Tunnel appliance:
The plates are located on the bottom and against the side walls of the appliance (see appendix 2, fig. 17). In case
of replacement, these will have to be taken out. The bottom plate must be removed first, followed by the side wall
plates.
Placing the plates takes place in reverse order.

9.7.2.3 Flame baffle plate

Front appliance:
At delivery, the flame baffle plate (see appendix 2, fig. 12 and 13a) is located in the top section of the appliance.
When performing maintenance at the appliance, the flame baffle plate must be removed.
Follow the procedure described below:
Ø
Take hold of the flame baffle plate and lift the rear slightly upwards.
Ø
Slide the flame baffle plate over the ridge to the rear.
Ø
Lower the front of the flame baffle plate and remove the flame baffle plate.
Placing the flame baffle plate takes place in reverse order.
Tunnel appliance:
At delivery, the flame baffle plate (see appendix 2, fig. 13b and 18) is located in the top section of the appliance.
When performing maintenance at the appliance, the flame baffle plate must be removed.
Follow the procedure described below:
Ø
Remove the four screws from the plate (see appendix 2, fig. 18).
Ø
Grab the flame baffle plate and slide it towards you until the rear is released from the ridge.
Ø
Slide the flame baffle plate to the rear until the front is released from the ridge.
Ø
Lower the front of the flame baffle plate and remove the flame baffle plate.
Placing the flame baffle plate takes place in reverse order.
The stainless steel profiles must be placed on the glass pane sides, with the screw heads at the top
!Caution
(see appendix 2, fig. 13b).

9.7.3 Odin Front/Tunnel, Plateau

9.7.3.1 Placing the appliance

Assemble the outdoor air connection (if applicable) before mounting the appliance on the plateau

(see section 9.3).
When placing the appliance, proceed as follows:
Ø
Determine the position of the flue exhaust and the plateau (see appendix 2, fig. 19).
Ø
The assembly bracket is already mounted under the appliance.
Ø
Mount the appliance on the plateau using the four supplied bolts (see appendix, fig. 20). Keep a minimum
distance of 50 mm into account from the rear of the appliance to a non combustible wall (see fig. 19: A = 525 mm,
B = 240 mm).
The hole pattern in the case of a tunnel appliance, deviates from that of a front appliance (see appendix 2, fig. 20).

Tighten the 4 bolts from the underside.
The assembly bracket can be adjusted by means of 4 Allen screws located on the underside. This will allow proper

alignment of the appliance on the plateau (see appendix 2, fig. 21). Loosen the 4 hexagon bolts by a number of
turns and align the appliance on the plateau. After aligning the appliance, re-tighten the 4 hexagon bolts.
Ø
Adjust the flue exhaust (see section 9.2.3).
