When fitting the housing cover for
closed position switch CPS, it is
recommended to replace the O-
ring.
➔
The housing should not come into
contact with masonry. Minimum
clearance 0.79" (20 mm).
Disconnect the system from the
electrical power supply.
Shut off the gas supply.
Turn the screws out of the housing
cover.
Remove cover.
Place the O-ring in the new cover.
Place the cover with the O-ring on
the valve housing.
Tighten the cover.
Loosen the setscrew, but do not
unscrew completely.
Turn the adapter from the closed
position switch.
Grease the thread on the intermedi-
ate piece.
Insert the adapter and screw tight.

Desserrer la vis sans tête, mais ne
pas la dévisser complètement.
Aflojar el tornillo prisionero, pero no
desatornillarlo completamente.

Lors du montage du couvercle
pour indicateur de position CPS,
il est recommandé de remplacer le
joint torique.
➔
Le boîtier ne doit pas être en con-
tact avec une paroi. Ecart minimal
de 0,79" (20 mm).
Mettre l'installation hors tension.
Fermer l'alimentation gaz.
Dévisser les vis du couvercle du
boîtier.
Enlever le couvercle.
Insérer un joint torique dans le cou-
vercle neuf.
Placer le couvercle avec le joint
torique sur le boîtier de la vanne.
Revisser le couvercle.
Desserrer la vis sans tête, mais ne
pas la dévisser complètement.
Dévisser l'adaptateur de l'indicateur
de position.
Graisser le fi letage de l'élément
intermédiaire.
Insérer et visser l'adaptateur.
Insérer l'indicateur de position.

Al montar la tapa del armazón para
indicador de posición CPS se reco-
mienda cambiar la junta tórica.
➔
El armazón no debe tener contacto
con ninguna pared. Distancia míni-
ma 0.79" (20 mm).
Desconectar la instalación dejándola
sin tensión.
Cortar el suministro de gas.
Destornillar los tornillos de la tapa
del armazón.
Quitar la tapa.
Colocar la junta tórica en la nueva
tapa.
Colocar la tapa con la junta tórica
sobre el armazón de la válvula.
Atornillar la tapa.
Afl ojar el tornillo prisionero, pero no
desatornillarlo completamente.
Desenroscar el adaptador del indi-
cador de posición.
Engrasar la rosca de la pieza inter-
media.
Insertar el adaptador y enroscarlo
fi rmemente.
Insertar el indicador de posición.
