13.- FURTHER NOTES
The electrical plug has to be connected to a mains socket which is correctly earthed.
During any maintenance operation or by any intervention on the machine , the electrical plug must
absolutely be extracted from the socket.
Before starting the machine with the timer, verify that all covers of the containers have been
correctly blocked.
The sound emission relative to the work station is less than 70 dB.
14.- WHAT TO DO IF. . .
- The colourant comes out in spurts of colourant during the dosing action.
>> Check of the quantity of colourant inside the canister.
Operate on the pump, without opening the valve , several times so the air can
go back into the canister.
- Colourants appears on the piston shaft or at the bottom of gauge.
>> This problem indicates that the seals are worn. Replace referring to
"REPLACEMENT OF PISTON SEAL".
- Difficult rising action for piston
>> Each canister is equipped with three different diameter nozzles. Increase the
size for this colourant.
If this action doesn' t solve the problem, clean the canister, the pump and
replenish with fresh colourant.
