  • Page 2 Fast & Fluid Management Srl A Unit of IDEX Corporation 1.- INTRODUZIONE Il dispenser manuale Giotto e' un prodotto principalmente studiato per il dosaggio di coloranti per l' edilizia, alcune delle sue parti sono particolarmente precise per garantire risultati di dosaggio in accordo con lo standard dei produttori piu' importanti.

Porre il pannello superiore (1) nella corretta posizione di assemblaggio. Assemblare utilizzando le viti tipo “C”. Montare alle fiancate (2) e (3) il pannello posteriore (4) e il tirante (8) utilizzando viti tipo “B”.

Appoggiare il monitor al piano d' appoggio superiore. Appoggiare la tastiera incastrando i piedini della tastiera stessa negli appositi alloggiamenti.
  • Page 5 Fast & Fluid Management Srl A Unit of IDEX Corporation Regolare il timer (2) su un tempo di circa 5 minuti e controllare se la macchina lavora correttamente. Durante questa fase, la piastra dei contenitori deve venire ruotata in tutte le posizioni fino a quella iniziale.

  • Page 7 Fast & Fluid Management Srl A Unit of IDEX Corporation 8.- ELIMINAZIONE DELL' ARIA Regolare l' astina della pompa nera sul valore 3Y (2) e l' astina della pompa rossa sul valore 19 (1) (SCHEMA 8). Aspirare il prodotto mediante sollevamento dei pistoni (3). Aprire la valvola (SCHEMA 9), estrarre il prodotto e versarlo in un recipiente vuoto, appositamente preparato, mediante spinta del pistone fino alla posizione inferiore finale.

Idenificare la misura del barattolo per la corretta quantita' e mettere il barattolo del colorante base aperto sul ripiano direttamente sotto l' ugello della valvola.
  • Page 9 Fast & Fluid Management Srl A Unit of IDEX Corporation Verificare che dalla valvola e dal canestro non ci siano perdite, se richiesto sostituire l' "O" Ring smontando la valvola come indicato nello (SCHEMA 9). Quando il canestro viene svuotato per la pulitura e la manutenzione e' necessario ripetere il processo di "Preparazione Dispenser".

  • Page 13 Fast & Fluid Management Srl A Unit of IDEX Corporation 3.- ASSEMBLY Identify the right side (2) and the left one (3). Put the superior plate (1) in the corret assembly position. Assemble using screws type “C”. Assemble on the sides (2) and (3) the back panel (4) using screws type “B”.

  • Page 15 Fast & Fluid Management Srl A Unit of IDEX Corporation 5.- CONTROL Operate the main switch (1) (DIAGRAM 4).The green led (3) will light : this means that the electrical supply is connected. Set the timer (2) with a time of about 5 minutes and check that the machine works correctly.
  • Page 16 Fast & Fluid Management Srl A Unit of IDEX Corporation DIAGRAM 6 Start up the stirring device, by switching on the main switch and setting the timer. 7.- TESTING Set the rods (1) and (2) of the pump to the maximum level and move the corresponding pistons (Red and Black) up and down in a normal manner but with the distribution tap closed.
  • Page 17 Fast & Fluid Management Srl A Unit of IDEX Corporation 8.- ELIMINATION OF THE AIR Set the rod of the black pump on the value 3Y (2) and the rod of the red pump on the value 19 (1) (DIAGRAM 8).Draw in the colourant by lifting the pistons (3). Open the valve tap (DIAGRAM 9)push the pistons down to the bottom position forcing the colourant out of the pump and into an empty container placed under the tap.
  • Page 18 Fast & Fluid Management Srl A Unit of IDEX Corporation 9.- DOSING INSTRUCTIONS Be certain to have identified the colour from your formula data base. Identify the can size for the correct quantity and place the open can of base paint on the shelf directly under the nozzle of the valve.
  • Page 19 Fast & Fluid Management Srl A Unit of IDEX Corporation 11.- CONTAINER CLEANING Extract all paint from the containers Put inside about 1 liter water and let operate for about 15 minutes together with the simultaneous action of the stirrers Empty completely the containers operating the pumps : in this way it is possible to clean the containers, the pistons and the valve.

During any maintenance operation or by any intervention on the machine , the electrical plug must absolutely be extracted from the socket.

Assembler en utilisant les vis type “C”. Sur les joues (2) et (3) monter le panneau postérieur (4) et le tirant (8) en utilisant des vis type “B”.

La lumière verte (3) va s'allumer: ce signifie que l'alimentation électrique est correcte. Régler le timer (2) sur une durée de environ 5 minutes et vérifier si la machine travaille correctement.

Identifier la mesure du pôt pour la correcte quantité et placer le pôt du colorant de base ouvert sur le rayon, directement sous la buse du soupape.

Quand le panier vient vidé pour le nettoyage et l'entretien il faut répéter le processus de "Préparation Dispenser".
