Basic Operation

Please note all (Ref.) refer to Pages 1-3 Controls and Functions and
all (Rem.) refer to Pages 4-5 for the remote control functions.
Plug the connector into the back of the system labelled AC- (Ref.18) and
the power supply into the mains.
Ensure the antenna (Ref.13) is extended as far as possible so that you
can rotate it which will enable you to get the best signal you can.
Switch the button on the rear of the unit to "On" (Ref.17). Once the
screen switches on, the analog Clock should display. Press the 'Power/
Standby' button on the unit (Ref.5) or on the remote (Rem.1). The unit
will start up in Digital Radio mode or the previous mode you were
using.
When DAB Radio is activated for the first time, select "Full Scan" by
scrolling through the options, then press down the Navigate/OK dial on
the unit (Ref.12) or the 'Enter/Play' button (Rem.26) on the remote. The
unit will then scan and store all available stations.
To scroll through the stations use the 'Previous' (Rem.10) and 'Next'
buttons (Rem.25) on the remote or the unit (Ref. 8/9).
To change the mode, press the 'Mode' button (Ref.5) on the unit to
switch between the options or press the Mode buttons directly on the
remote (Ref.2/3/18/19/20).
