Troubleshooting
The indicator light
flashes RED and
the device is
beeping.
The robot does not
move properly; it is
sliding across the
glass surface.
The remote control
does not work
properly.
1. The power supply
unit is not properly
connected.
2. The robot's suction
capacity
insufficient.
3. A problem with the
edge detection
sensors occurred
during operation of
the robot.
1. The window surface
is too dirty or too
wet.
2. The robot's pad is
too dirty or too wet.
1. The Start/Stop
button is the only
button that works
when the robot is in
use.
2. No batteries
inserted or
batteries are empty.
1. Ensure that the adapter cable or the
extension cord is properly connected
to the robot.
2. Check whether the window surface is
is damaged. Use the remote control to
move the robot to a different part of
the glass surface.
3. Clean the edge detection sensors
with a soft cloth. Please contact
customer service if the problem
persists.
