specific legal rights and you may also have other legal rights,
which vary by state, province and country.

This Limited Warranty is made to the original purchaser from
MotoMaster and does NOT extend to any other person or

entity and is NOT assignable. It is the obligation of the original
purchaser to return merchandise to a Canadian Tire location
with receipt.
THIS LIMITED WARRANTY IS VOID UNDER THE FOLLOWING
CONDITIONS:
1. The Product is misused, subjected to careless handling, or
operated under conditions of extreme temperature, shock, or
vibration beyond the recommendations for safe and effective use
specified by MotoMaster .

2. The Product has NOT been installed, operated, or maintained in
accordance with approved procedures.
3. The Product is disassembled, altered, or repaired by anyone,
except MotoMaster .

4. The electrical connections to the DC output of the product are
modified without the express written consent of MotoMaster .

5. The Product is subject to improper storage or accident.
THIS LIMITED WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER:
1. Normal wear and tear.
2. Cosmetic damage that does NOT affect functionality.
3. Products where the MotoMaster® serial number is missing,
altered, or defaced.
