3. INSTALLATION

The Multifunctional Keyboard EC, like all the
other manual controls on the door operator,
must be placed within view of the apparatus, at
a minimum height of 1.5 m from the ground at
a distance from any moving parts.
Fix the container A on the wall or another pre-
established support exploiting the buttonholes
on the bottom.
After you have connected the supply cable to
the terminals (see the paragraph "Electrical
connections"), insert in the container the
keyboard B and fi x it with the appropriated screws
C then attach the screw-cover plates D.

4. ELECTRICAL CONNECTIONS

Warning
Turn the power off (both automation and battery unit).
Run the connection cable and if it is necessary cut to size the cable to connect the keyboard to the EVO
CONTROL board.
Connect the four poles of cable to the keyboard JP1 terminal board (see the Connection diagram).
Insert the cable connector E in the relevant fi xed connector JP7 of the EVO CONTROL board.
ATTENTION ! Respect the obliged insertion of the 4 pole extractible connector.
Information
It is possible to use the Multifunctional Keyboard EC like the only automation command system. In this

case it needs to connect the adaptor of exclusion of the SC6 Selector (supplied in the keyboard packet)

to the fi xed connector JP6 of the Evo Control board.
But if you also want to use the SC6 Selector together with the keyboard, you have to connect it
following the specifi c instructions.

5. LANGUAGE SETTING

The moment you give the voltage to the automation, you have to select the language of the messages that
will appear on the display of keyboard.
To select the language you have to keep pressed the relevant key during the power supply.
The keys to select the language are following:

Information
The language that has been selected will be perma-
nently maintained.
It will be possible to vary the selection at any time
following the same procedure described above.
