ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS.-
ATTENTION: The assistance of a second person is
recommended when assembling this machine.
1. Take the unit out of its box and make sure that all of
the pieces are there:

2. FITTING THE STABILISER BARS.-
ATTENTION: The assistance of a second person is
required for this stage of the assembly.
Bring the front stabiliser bar with wheels (13) to the
main body (1) positioning the wheels at the front of the
unit, Fig.3, Insert the screws (39), fit the washers (55)
and spring washer (66), and tighten securely.
Next, fit the rear trim cover (114) and tighten using
screws (50), Fig.3.
Carry out the same operation to attach the rear
stabiliser bar.
Take the rear stabiliser with adjustable feet (3), and
line up the dots, Fig.4. Insert the screws (116), and
tighten securely.
Next, fit the fornt trim cover (115) and tighten using
screws (51) Fig.4.
IMPORTANT: It is advisable to retighten these
screws after one month of using the machine.
3. FITTING THE MAIN POST.-
Next, bring the main post (2) up to boss on the main
body (1), Fig.5, connect the terminals (129) and (130),
Fig.5. Slip the main post (2) over the boss on the main
body (1) in the direction of the arrow, Fig.5, making
sure not to snag any of the cables.
Refit the screws (31), the washers (55) and the spring
washers (66), Fig.5, and tighten securely.
4. FITTING THE FOOT BARS.-
Insert the focus bar spindle (16) through the spacer
bushes on the main post (2), Fig.6, leaving it centred.
Then fit take the left foot (9) (marked with the letter "L")
and insert the end bush onto the drive spindle (E) on
the main body (1) Fig.7.
Insert screw (35), as shown in Fig.7, then fit the flat
washer (57) and spring washer (66), and tighten securely.
Take the right foot bar (10), (marked with the letter "R")
and go through the same assembly procedure as with
the
left

embellishment cover (117-118), fix them with screws
(45) as shown in Fig.7.
Next place the foot wheel embellishment covers (112
and 113), screw them on with the screws (45) Fig.7.
