Everyday operator control

5.1

Switching on / off

TO SWITCH ON
. To switch on the display put the mains switch in position "I".
The standby LED on the infrared sensor lights up red.
. Now press one of the numeric buttons or [TV] / [VIDEO] / [PC] on the remote control to set the display into
operation.
The OPERATING LED on the infrared sensor lights up blue.
The display must be "run up". This is comparable to a PC and takes several seconds.
TO SWITCH OFF
. Press the stand-by button on the remote control. The display switches back to stand-by mode.
The standby LED on the infrared sensor lights up red.
. To switch off the display again completely, put the mains switch in position "0".
If no signal is pending on screen, it is switched automatically to stand-by mode.
. To switch on again press one of the numeric buttons on the remote control

CHANGEOVER

When you change over from one TV channel to another, first of all you see a still picture of the 1stchannel and then the
moving picture of the other channel.
5.2

Setting the volume

SETTING THE VOLUME
. Press the button [ A Vol - ] or [ " Vol + ] on the remote control to set the desired volume.
Volume:
. Select the menu option <SOUND' VOLUME>.
Here you can set the current volume or the display's current switch-on volume.
