Step 5: Installing the switch lever
Install the lever on the switch mount with the M3 x 8
screw and M3 lock nut as shown in the drawing
NOTE
Use the wrench and screwdriver to fix the lock nut.
Step 6: Installing the motor
Assemble the motor as shown on the drawing. In this step you need
the wired motor and motor holder.
Now you have a nice looking
wire spiral which simply can
be bend and enlarged.
Now all the wiring of the solar
car looks very professional!
Step 7: Installing the panel mount support
Install the 2 pcs. panel mounts as shown on the drawing:
Lock nut M3
NOTE
Twist the wire spirally around
the screwdriver as shown on the
drawing.
Slide the wire off the screwdriver
shaft.
NOTICE!
Make sure the motor pinion makes good contact with the crown gear!
