FAULTS
Symptom
The water and ice dispenser
does not work.
No ice comes out of the
dispenser.
Water is dripping on the floor.
Warning
It is normal for the cooling circuit to make gurgling or expansion noises.
If you are unable to solve the problem then contact the service centre. When you do so, state the
type, model and serial number shown on the type plate or label on the inside of the appliance.
Possible cause
The water tank is not installed
correctly.
There is not enough water in
the water tank.
The water supply hose is
blocked or bent.
The water in the supply hose
or in the water tank is frozen.
The ice maker is switched off.
There is ice in the outlet.
The ice in the reservoir has
started to clump.
The appliance has been
switched off for too long and
the ice in the reservoir has
melted.
Solution
Make sure the water tank is
installed correctly.
Make sure there is enough
water in the water tank.
Make sure the water supply
hose is unblocked and clear
of any obstruction.
Set the appliance to a higher
temperature.
Switch on the ice maker.
Remove the ice from the
outlet.
Remove the ice from the ice
reservoir.
Remove all the ice in the
reservoir if you intend to
switch off the appliance for a
long period of time.
