FAULT ISSUE
Air conditioner can't
operate
Poor cooling (heating)
A/C unit does not
accept signal form the
remote control unit or
does not respond to
remote control com-
mands.
Troubleshooting
Power failure?
Is plug loose?
Is the air switch tripped or the unit
fuse is burnt?
Is there a malfunction of the
circuit?
Has the unit rapidly turned on and
off?
Is the power too low?
Is the air filter too dirty?
Does the air produced and the
temperature in general feel inad-
equate?
Are the doors and windows shut?
Is there any interference (such as
static pressure or unstable volt-
age?)
The remote control is not within
operating range
The remote control is blocked, by
obstacles and does not commu-
nicate
Is sensitivity of remote controller
low?
There is a Fluorescence lamp
situated in the room with the a/c
unit.
Wait for power recovery.
Reinsert the plug.
Ask professional help, in order to replace
the air switch or the fuse.
Ask for professional help to replace
circuit.
Wait for 3min, and then turn on the unit
again.
Wait after voltage is resumed
Clean the air filter.
Adjust the temperature.
Shut doors and windows.
Power OFF and remove the plug, wait
around 3 minutes before re-plugging and
then power ON again.
The receiving range of remote controller
is 8m. Do not exceed this range.
Remove the obstacles.
Check the batteries of remote controller.
If the power is low, please replace the
batteries.

Move the remote controller close to air
conditioner

Turn off the fluorescence lamp and try
it again.
