Mounting the saw blade
WARNING – Disconnect the machine from pneumatic supply before mounting
the saw blade.
•
Equip the saw with the appropriate saw blade. For this, loosen the nuts (see fig.3), remove
pressure plate and mount the saw blade. Mount the pressure plate and fix it to the saw blade
by tightening the nuts.
IMPORTANT • Before cutting an assembly, make sure that no electric lines of
this assembly are damaged or cut. If they are energized, there is danger to life
due to electrocution.
Cutting
•
Follow all safety precautions.
•
Check oil level. If necessary, refill oiler (see maintenance instruction).
When using clamps:
•
Slide the saw onto the bearing bolt of the clamp and fix it with the locking device 9 (ref. to fig.
7).
•
Install the correct saw blade, see „Mounting the saw blade".
•
Connect the machine to the air supply (blow out the hose before connecting).
•
Actuate the air supply.
•
Having prepared the saw like this (see fig. 6), you can start the work.
•
Actuate the twist throttle and the sensor button (ref. to fig. 4).
•
(The way is opened only after having actuated the sensor button. When the valve is shut, the
sensor shuts as well. When opening the valve again, the sensor button has to be actuated
again as well.)
•
Start cutting.
•
Cool sufficiently the saw blade.
