or cleaning materials that scratch your equipment.
 If necessary ; use chemical cleaning products.
 If the equipment will not be aperated for along
time apply a thin layer of vaselin on the surfaces

personnel. Do not let unauthorized people
intervene with the machine.
5. OPERATION INSTRUCTIONS
 Disconnect appliance from the mains and clean
with damp soapy cloth before the first use.
 Do not splash or pour water on to the equipment.
 Do not overload than the stated capacity.
 Electrical heaters can be operated separately as
horizantal lines. When the diameter of the meat
decreases, the desired heaters may be switched
off to save energy
WARNING :
 Operator has to use gloves and hat because of
high temperature and has to stay in side of
appliance instead of in front.
 The appliance should be used by a
qualified personnel.

6. OPERATING

 Place the meat block inside the equipment.
 Plug in the earthed socket which is inside the
motor nest to the equipment's plug.
 Put the plug on the equipment into a socket (not
that
one
 Turn the heater on/off button to the required
position. Doing so, the heating elements start to
work. Each switch controls horizontal heating
elements. (page-2)
 In order to put the spit into operation (rotation),
turn switch (I-0-II) into either position "I" or "II"
(turning to the right / left).
NOTE: According to the customer request, you
can realize the spit revolving process through an
electrical foot pedal that's provided optionally.
