Preparing the Raclette

If necessary, clean the cheese
rind by gently scraping it (do not
cut off!).
Position the cheese holder
centrally under the heater by
means of the knurled screws.
Place the cheese onto the cheese

holder.

Turn the cheese holder
around the spindle.
