Thank you for purchasing a Peugeot
Cheese mill.
This mill is designed to grate hard and
semi-hard cheeses, baker's chocolate
and walnuts, hazelnuts and almonds.
It comes with a choice of three blades
for fine powder, coarse shreds or
curled shavings. The reservoir includes
two extra storage lids, allowing you
to easily store any unused left-overs.
Before you use the mill
for the first time
•To keep all this product's features in
top condition you should read these
instructions carefully and follow
them to the letter.
•Check that your mill shows no signs
of damage in transit.
•Any work on the mill other than wiping
and normal cleaning should be
carried out by a specialist. Defective
repairs could put the user at risk.
The manufacturer will not be held
liable for any use of the cheese mill
not mentioned in these instructions.
How it works
•Select a blade based on whether you
want fine shreds , coarsely grated
shreds or shavings
Do not use the blade for fine powder
with chocolate or nuts.
•Turn the mill over and screw the blade
onto the body to the click in the direction
as shown.
•Open the mill by turning the central
ring so that the arrow

•Load the reservoir with cheese
(chocolate squares or nuts).
•Push the plunger into the reservoir until
it is touching the food.
•To close, push down the top of the mill

Your mill is now ready to use! Hold the
body in one hand and use the other hand
to rotate the top part of the mill clockwise.
Stop when you can't turn the mill any
further. Don't force it, otherwise you
could damage the mill.
Storage function
If you haven't grated all the food, you
can store the remaining leftovers using
the airproof reservoir:
•Open the mill by turning the ring
it lines up with the open padlock
•Place a lid on the reservoir.
•Turn over the mill to remove the
reservoir.
•Place a second lid on the reservoir
and press down the middle of the
lid to expel the air.
You can store the cheese you have
packed in the fridge and grate it another
day. Chocolate should not be stored in
the fridge
Cleaning and storage
•The mill body, blades, reservoir, lids
are all dishwasher safe.
The mechanism should be cleaned
with a damp cloth.
•Do not use detergent.Do not place
mill near a heat source. Always store
mill away from moisture and frost.
•As the mill's blades are sharp, always
ensure they are stored out of the reach
of children.
Guarantee
This mill is guaranteed for two years
from the date of purchase.
This guarantee does not cover
normal wear, accidental damage or
any use of the mill not in accordance
with this manual. Guarantee is void
without proof of purchase (a duly
completed guarantee card or sales
receipt).
