The steps for selecting an objective or a programme are similar.

4.2 CONNECT THE MODULES TO THE ELECTRODES
Stick the electrodes on your skin. Electrodes are
attached from the side. Slide the module along
the electrode snap until you hear a click.
Please note: Markings tell you which way to
insert: the On/Off button on the main pod and a
little vertical line on the shellthe other pod.
4.3 PREPARING FOR YOUR SESSION
WARM-UP AND COOL-DOWN
This screen is not available for all programmes.
You can choose to do the warm-up phase before starting the session and the cool-down phase at the end of the stimulation session.
Please note: Compex recommends that you keep the warm-up phase, unless you have already done a voluntary warmup, and the cool-down
phase.

validate the session yourself by pressing the button under the icon
To disconnect the module from the electrode,
just do the reverse.

See the electrode placement
and body position associated
with your objective and
selected task. For programmes,
you will be able to view all the
possible electrode placements.
For objectives, you will see
what placement to use. To
scroll through the illustrations,
use the up/down button on the
multi-directional pad.
