4.2 CONNECT THE MODULES TO THE ELECTRODES

Stick the electrodes on your skin. Electrodes are
EN
attached from the side. Slide the module along the
electrode snap until you hear a click.
Please note: Markings tell you which way to insert
the On/Off button on the main pod and a little
vertical line on the shell of the other pod.

4.3 PREPARING FOR YOUR SESSION

WARM-UP AND COOL DOWN
This screen is not available for all programmes.
You can choose to do the warm-up phase before starting the session and the cool-down phase at the end
of the stimulation session.
Please note: Compex recommends that you keep the warm-up phase, unless you have already done a
voluntary warm-up, and the cool-down phase.
