Wandaufbau prüfen. Dübelmontage
und Aushärtezeit nach Vorschriften
des Dübelherstellers (Injektionsmörtel
HIT-HY70 bauseits stellen).
Dübellöcher 18 mm Ø x 95 mm
bohren. Dübellöcher staubfrei
reinigen. Injektionsmörtel einspritzen.
Ankerhülsen einschieben, dabei das
Innengewinde schützen. Umgehend
Schrauben mit Wandplatte nur
handfest montieren. Nach Aushärte-
zeit Schrauben festziehen (Schrauben
mit Korrosionsfett schützen).

Test structure of wall. Mount the rawl-
plugs and allow to cure in accordance
with the manufacturer's instructions
(put injection mortar HIT-HY70
on site). Drill 18 mm dia. x 95 mm
rawlplug holes. Clean rawlplug holes
free from dust. Inject injection mortar.
Insert anchor sleeves and protect the
inner thread. Mount screws immedi-
ately with wall plate hand-tight only.
Tighten screws after curing (protect
screws with anti-corrosion grease).

Vérifier la structure du mur. Procéder
au montage des chevilles et respecter
le temps de durcissement selon les
indications du fabricant des chevilles
(le mortier d'injection HIT-HY70
fournis sur place). Percer des
trous de chevilles de 18 mm de
diamètre x 95 mm. Enlever la
poussière des trous de chevilles.

Enfoncer la douille d'ancrage, tout
en protégeant le filetage intérieur.
Monter les vis immédiatement avec
la plaque murale seulement à la main.
Serrer les vis après le temps de

Pluggaten van 18 mm doorsnede x 95
mm boren. Pluggaten stofvrij reinigen.
Injectiemortel injecteren. Ankerhulzen
inbrengen, terwijl het binnendraad
bescherme. Onmiddellijk schroeven
om wandplaat monteren met de
hand. Schroeven vastschroeven
na uithardingstijd (schroeven met
anti-corrosievet beschermen).

Verificare la struttura della parete. Per
il montaggio dei tasselli e i tempi di
indurimento osservare le indicazioni
fornite dal produttore (la malta da
iniezione HIT-HY70 va fornita con
le opere murarie). Praticare fori per
tasselli con diametro da 18 mm x 95
mm. Ripulire accuratamente i fori.
Iniettare la malta da iniezione.
Inserire la boccola di ancoraggio,
proteggendo la filettatura interna.
Montare le viti immediatamente
con la piastra a parete solo a mano.
Serrare le viti dopo i tempi di
indurimento (proteggere le viti con
grasso anticorrosione).

Comprobar la estructura de la pared.
Montaje de los tacos y tiempo de
endurecido según las especificacio-
nes del fabricante de los tacos (poner
a disposición mortero de inyección
HIT-HY70 a pie de obra). Hacer
taladros de 18 mm diá. y 95 mm para
tacos. Retirar el polvo de los taladros
para los tacos. Aplicar mortero de
inyección. Introducir el manguito de
anclaje protegiendo la rosca interior.
Montar los tornillos inmediatamente
con la placa de pared solamente a
mano. Apretar los tornillos después
el tiempo de endurecido (proteger
los tornillos con grasa anticorrosión).

Sprawdzić budowę ściany. Montaż
kołków i czas twardnienia wg zaleceń
producenta kołków (zapewnić zaprawę
iniekcyjną HIT-HY70). Wywiercić
otwory na kołki o średnicy 18 mm i
95 mm. Oczyścić otwory pod kołki z
pyłu. Wtrysnąć zaprawę iniekcyjną.
Wsunąć tuleje kotwowe, jednocześnie
zabezpieczając wewnętrzny gwint.
Zamontować natychmiast ręcznie
śruby do płyty ściennej. Po czasie
twardnienia dokręcić śruby
(zabezpieczyć śruby smarem
antykorozyjnym).
