• This appliance is to be operated filled with frying oil to at least the minimum oil
level and not exceeding the maximum level marked on the appliance.

any injury or damage caused by the usage of wrong oil or fat.
• Only use the connector or unit with incorporated thermostat delivered with the

appliance malfunctions or has been damaged in any manner. Return the appliance
to the DOMO Service Department or its service agent for examination, repair, or
