5 PP 1 Heat pump water temperature sensor is faulty
6 PP 2 Compressor return is faulty
7 PP 3 Defrosting sensor is faulty
8 PP 4 Compressor intake sensor is faulty
9 PP 5 Air temperature sensor is faulty
10 PP 6 Compressor outlet overlaod protection
11 PP 7 Automatic stop protection because the air temperature has fallen below 0°C, (not a fault)
12 EE 8/888 : The control panel and control circuit board are unable to communicate.
Guarantee
„
FAIRLAND PIONEER heat pumps are guaranteed 2 years by PROCOPI for parts and labour as of the invoice date.
This guarantee does not cover the costs of transport, call out fees or any other damages.
This guarantee only covers repairs in PROCOPI's workshops, not on site repairs. The titanium exchanger, compressor
are covered by a 5 year guarantee.
Failure to abide by the installation, operation and maintenance instructions provided in this document shall render
this guarantee null and void.
PROCOPI does not assume responsibility for the hazards of transport:
Inspect the equipment upon receiving it: in the event of damage sustained during transport, the addressee must
provide a precise description of the damage noted on the transporter's delivery slip, and send a letter of complaint by
registered mail with acknowl- edgement of receipt to the transporter within 3 working days, and subsequently send
a copy of the aforementioned documents to PROCOPI as quickly as possible.
