3. Remove the dust container by pulling it upwards out of its receptacle.
4. Empty the dust container by holding it low over a dustbin and only then
press the release button for the bottom plate (Fig. 9/B).
5. Also clean the cyclone unit on this occasion. Zchapter 5.2, „Cleaning
the cyclone unit and the dual motor protection filter". Otherwise, the
dust container cannot be cleaned.
6. Remove any residual dust from the dust container using a dry cloth or

cleaning the dust container".
3. Release the dust compartment cover by twisting it.
The marking on the cover moves from U to S (Fig. 10/A).
4. Take off the cover (Fig. 10/B).
5. Take the dual motor protection filter out of the cyclone unit by pulling it
by the two tabs provided for this (Fig. 10/C).
6. Hold the dual motor protection filter low over a dustbin.
7. Only now separate the two filter elements from each other (Fig. 11/A).
8. Beat the dirt from the filter elements by tapping them lightly over a dust-

them by hand in running water (Fig. 11/B) until all dirt is gone.

it sinks by itself.

C).
17. Fix the cover by twisting it in the U direction (Fig. 12/C).
