4. MAINTENANCE AND CLEANING
4.1. Routine maintenance
Proper maintenance will ensure the machine lasts longer and costs less to run.
Periodic checks to carry out:
1.
Periodically check tightening of the countersunk head screws on the casing
2.
Every 15 days blow the air intakes of the motors from outside the casings
The intervention times outlined should be considered approximate and are defined
while considering normal use conditions of the machine. Frequency may vary based
on the way the machine is used and environmental conditions e.g. humidity level, air
cleanliness (presence of dust). Maintenance work must be carried out more frequently
for more intense use. Before carrying out any work, make sure the machine is OFF
and that the clips are disconnected from the battery.
4.2. Assembling and dismantling the combs
The machine is sent with the combs dismantled. For assembly, align the markings on
the rotor and the combs and follow the images below:
1. Insert the bushings of the combs in the rod pin having abundantly greased
them with high efficiency graphite grease.
2. Turn the combs in the specific slots and fasten them with the screws and self-locking nut.
3. Insert the dust cover and fasten it with the self-threading screws
