2. SAFETY AND PREVENTION
It is very important to carefully read this manual to reduce risks to a minimum due to
carelessness or improper use of the machine in this manual. The user should train the
operator on risks due to use of the machine, on the protective equipment and the general
safety rules outlined by the directives and legislation in the country of machine use.
2.1. Safety signs (pictograms)
Hazardous situations associated with use of the machine are indicated in the manual using
the following symbol:
The same symbol is used on the machine to highlight potential residual risks that still exist
in certain working conditions despite implementation of all possible safety standards
during machine manufacture.
N.B.: It is important to always keep all signs on the machine clean, therefore clearly visible
to allow users to quickly identify possible risky situations during use.
2.2. General safety standards
Staff are committed to:

always using the personal protective equipment outlined by legislation and follow
the provisions of this manual,
-
comply with all the indications of danger and caution signalled on the machine,
-
not carry out on their own initiative operations or interventions on the machine that
are outside their competence,

notify the manager of any problem or hazardous situation that could arise.

The machine must only be used for its intended use.

The machine must not be activated with the guards dismantled; the safety barriers
and the casings must not be removed or disconnected
NB: Avoid wearing long and loose clothing since it could get caught in the moving
parts of the machine It is important to use suitable clothing. The operator must not
carry scissors or sharp
tools in his/her pocket. Remember it is forbidden to transit and stand around within
the action radius of the machine, except for the operator.
