Contents of packaging
 Metal frame with heat distributor made of stainless steel
 Melting-plate, non-stick-coated and removable
 Paste burner including fuel paste (cf. instruction below)
 Plastic spatula, dishwasher-safe
Application
 Remove the cheese slices from the refrigerator at least 30 minutes before
the meal.
 Open the burner, remove the cover of the fuel paste tank, and close the
burner again.
 Place the burner onto the base, ignite it and set it to maximum power.
 Let the melting plate heat up for approximately 10 minutes.
 Place 4-6 mm thick cheese slices onto the melting pot and let them melt
(duration approx. 4 minutes).
 Lift up the melting plate with the tipping handle in inclined position and
scrape the melting cheese onto the plate using the plastic spatula.
 Note: Strong draughts are to be avoided for the even and full development
of the flame.
Care:
 To clean the melting plate, do not use any steel wool or abrasive cleaners.
 Clean the melting plate with a moist cloth or rub under running water.
 The melting plate can be removed easily and can also be cleaned in the
dishwasher.
Notice on fuel paste:
Not all fuel pastes have the same heating capacity. The original paste
supplied with this machine can be reordered from the seller.
