The working functions are activated when the micro switch located on the left armrest is
activated, the system is activated when the armrest is lowered in working position.

Working lights can be installed following a specific request of the customer.
•
The most stressed parts of the excavator are made out of high strength steel.
(minimum warranted yielding load equal to 700 – 900 N/mm2).
•
Buckets and legs are made out of special steel that has a high resistance against
wearing.
•
The pins are made out of case-hardened 16CrNi4 steel. Maximum resistance against
wearing.
•
The cylinders piston roads are made out off induction hardened and tempered
42CrMo4 steel successively chromed. The procedure warrants a good strength of the
cylinders and a surface resistance against chocks.

Hydraulic winch (minimum capacity 3000 Kg. – 6,614 lbs), the winch can be installed
on both the front or the rear sides of the excavator, the wire rope drums guide is
installed on the rear side of the excavator. The winch includes the wire rope pressing
roller and anti unrolling system (it prevents the unrolling of the wire rope and stops the
winch when there are less than 3 windings left on the drum). The winch is installed on a
steel plate, which makes it easier to take the winching system off.
•
Disc winch, installed on one wheel.
•
Locking valves on 1st and 2nd cylinders (ISO standards 8643), an acoustic buzzer is
installed on the excavators together with the valves, it informs the operator when the
maximum capacity is reached.
•
Additional working lights.
