- Rimuovere la carteratura fissa superiore di chiusu-
ra telaio (pos.1);
- Svitare mediante apposita chiave (pos.2) il tappo-
livello olio (pos.3) e controllare che il livello dell'olio
corrisponda al livello indicato nell'asta;
- Se necessario, rabboccare con olio ESSO NUTO
H32 o equivalente (es.: AGIP OSO 32, ELF
HYGLISS 32, BP ENERGOL HLP32, SHELL
TELLUS OIL 32);
- Riavvitare il tappo-livello olio (pos.3) del serbatoio;
- Riposizionare la carteratura fissa superiore di chiu-
sura telaio (pos.1);
ESCLUSO J436 - ESEGUIRE LO SFIATO DELL'ARIA
DAL CILINDRO DI SOLLEVAMENTO.

- Eseguire la salita del cilindro fino a fine corsa sen-
za carico;
- Svitare 2 viti (fig.15/2 pos.4) del piattello di appog-
gio e ruotarlo verso l'esterno;
- Allentare la vite senza testa (fig.15/2 pos.5) ed
azionare la salita fino alla fuoriuscita d'olio;
- Riavvitare la vite senza testa (fig.15/2 pos.5);
- Pulire la superficie, riavvitare il piattello ed esegui-
re la fase di discesa.
6 - Controllare periodicamente la presenza e la leggibilità
delle targhette di identificazione, di avvertenza, di peri-
colo e dei carichi massimi di sollevamento.

Trattare i lubrificanti esausti in con-
formità

- Remove the upper fixed guard which encloses the
frame (pos.1);
- Use the spanner provided (pos.2) to unscrew the
fluid filler/dipstick cap (pos.3) and check that the
fluid level is in line with the mark on the dipstick;
- If necessary, top up with ESSO NUTO H32 oil or
equivalent (e.g.: AGIP OSO 32, ELF HYGLISS 32,
BP ENERGOL HLP32, SHELL TELLUS OIL 32);
- Screw the filler/dipstick cap (pos.3) of the hydraulic
fluid tank back into place;
- Replace the upper fixed guard which encloses the
frame (pos.1);
EXCEPT FOR J436 – VENT THE AIR FROM THE LIF-
TING CYLINDER.
- Raise the cylinder to the limit position with no load
present;
- Undo 2 screws (4 fig.15/2) of the support plate and
turn it outward;
- Undo the grub screw (5 fig.15/2) and raise the jack
until oil leaks out;
- Re-tighten the grub screw (5 fig.15/2);
- Clean the surface, screw the plate back into place
and lower the jack.
6 - Check periodically that the nameplate and warning,
danger and maximum lifting load signs are present and
legible.
