CAST IRON POT
The cast iron pot and lid are oven-safe.
The removable pot can be used on a gas burner, electric burner, or on an induction plate.
Do not cut food directly in the pot.
COOKING WITH ELECTRICAL BASE
Plug the appliance in.
The appliance will make a "beep" sound and the display will light up.
During cooking or KEEP WARM (any menu) – The display will be ON ;
If no action is taken, the display will turn OFF after about 60 sec.
Press any button to turn the display back ON. Press the

Once the Dutch Oven has reached temperature, the "Preheating" sign disappears and the cooking time starts
