Terminal contact dry.
"HOLD" or "CONTROL" signal
does not trigger.
Inductive check-back position
indicator defective.
Terminal contact dry.
LCD screen defective.
Power supply interrupted.
The flow sensor cannot identify any
media flow during a rinsing and/or
cleaning cycle.
Terminal contact dry.
Error messages (ERROR) on the programmable control

Control circuit diagram storage is

Remedy
Check the wiring as described in
section 4.2 "Connections".
Check the wiring on the transmitter.
Check whether green LED on auxiliary
print in control unit lights up for 5 sec –
Pause – 2 sec on changeover from "RUN"
to "SERVICE". Possibly replace the print.
Replace inductive check-back
position indicator.
Check the wiring as described in
section 4.2. Check cable.
Replace the print unit with the PLC.
Check the power supply.
Check flow sensor.
Check water or detergent valve.
Check pipe.
Check the wiring as described in
section 4.2. Check cable.
