Assembly Instructions
Before beginning assembly, be sure to observe our recom-
mendations and safety instructions. Put the preassembled
machine and all other parts out of carton and place the base
frame on an even floor.
Step 1:
1. Place the left handlebar support (68L) onto the bottom frame
(2) on left side that screw holes are aligned and bolt it together
by using screws M8x15 (82) and washers 8//16 (74) and curved
washers 8//22 (80).
Step 2:
1. Place the right handlebar support (68R) with computer cable
(77) to the bottom frame (2) on right side and put the computer
plugs (77) together.
2. Put the right handlebar support (68R) onto bottom frame (2)
that screw holes are aligned and bolt it together by using screws
M8x15 (82) and washers 8//16 (74) and curved washers 8//22 (80).
Step 3:
1. Place the hand grips (69) to the ends of computer holder (67).
Connect the pulse cables (81) and put the hand grips (69) into the
ends of computer holder so that the holes aligned. Take care that
the cables won't squeeze.
2. Place the pre-assembled unit onto the ends of handlebar sup-
port (68L+68R), so that all holes aligned and screw the computer
holder (67) with hand grips (69) onto the handlebar supports (68)
by using screws M8x45 (83) and washers (80).
3. Put the computer plugs (77) together.
