assembly kit eventually supplied with the
product, rests exclusively with the installer.
Below is a non-exhaustive list of
instructions, useful to the installer (who
should use a professional gypsum board
installer) to install the gypsum board:
− Use fireproof gypsum board
panels (compliant with art. 30 of
IEC/EN 60335-2-31), suitable for
the operating conditions in terms
of temperature (at least 80°C) and
humidity (at least 93%) reached
during application;
− the total weight of the gypsum
board should not exceed 4kg;
− fix the gypsum board to the hood
using the fixing points C already
inserted in the extractor panel;
− to fix the gypsum board, use
suitable mechanical components
(not included in the assembly kit).

The warranty will not be effective in the case of aesthetic
defects caused and/or resulting from improper and
inadequate installation of plasterboard to be used for product

responsibility of a third party other than the Manufacturer.

Operation
This product is designed to work with an Elica remote control,
either supplied with the product or purchased separately as an
optional.
To control the hood via remote control, the affiliation procedure
must be carried out.
CAUTION!
To begin, the hood must be disconnected and then reconnected to
the power supply and the affiliation procedure must be carried out
within the first minute of connection to the power.
Read the instructions supplied with the remote control, which
provide detailed instructions on affiliation and correct use.
Note: the Speed 4 (and the Speed 5, where applicable) if
selected, will activate for a limited period of time after which Speed
2 is automatically enabled.

Once the remote control has been connected, this will be
displayed on the hood:

Note: Using the remote control, delayed shut-down can be
programmed based on the aspiration speed (power) enabled at
that moment:
Speed 1 (low aspiration): 20 minutes
Speed 2 (medium aspiration): 15 minutes
Speed 3 (high aspiration): 10 minutes
