So you will get the best out of your new INGRID CON
FORNO stove, please follow the advice and
instructions given in this manual.

CHARACTERISTICS AND
DESCRIPTION OF THE UNIT
1.1
DESCRIPTION
INGRID is a majolica stove (Fig. 1.1) able to offer great
operating autonomy. It is fitted with an ECOPALEX
firebox, a high-tech, dual combustion system which is
extremely effective.
INGRID can accumulate a great amount of heat, up to
85% of that developed by combustion, transferring it
in a widespread, even fashion throughout the room by
means of radiation.
The INGRID CON FORNO stove is equipped with an
ECOFORNO. In AISI 304 stainless steel it is quick to
heat. The ECOFORNO is in fact an oven that reaches
cooking temperatures of 320°C by using the fumes
emitted by the ECOPALEX fireplace, thus enabling a
wide variety of dishes to be prepared, including pizza,
bread and roasts, or anything that takes your fancy.

INSTALLATION
2.1
PLACE OF INSTALLATION
Adjacent walls and the floor it is going to stand on
should be in a non-combustible, non-heat sensitive
material. To the contrary use appropriate protection in
insulating and non-combustible material.
If the floor is made of inflammable material before
positioning the stove we suggest laying a 2-3 mm
thick metal plate that juts out by at least 80 cm from
the front of the stove (Fig. 2.1).
The stove should also be kept at a minimum safety
distance of approximately 20 cm from the surrounding
walls.
Any claddings in combustible material above the stove
(for example beams and wooden ceilings) must be
screened by diaphragms in non-combustible
insulating material.
Leave a space around the stove to gain access for
maintenance purposes.
2.2
AIR FOR COMBUSTION
While it is operating, the stove uses a modest quantity
of air taken from the room in which is it installed: this
air must be replaced by means of an air intake outside
the room itself (Fig. 2.1; A external air intake).
The EXTERNAL AIR INTAKE is indispensable to ensure
a suitable flow of COMBUSTION AIR, especially if doors
and windows are double-glazed and sealed.

MERKMALE UND BESCHREIBUNG
DES GERÄTES
1.1
BESCHREIBUNG
INGRID ist ein Majolika-Kachelofen (Abb.3.1), der eine
hohe Betriebsautonomie garantiert und mit der
Feuerstelle ECOPALEX, einem technologisch
fortschrittlichen und außerordentlich wirksamen
Doppelverbrennungs-System, ausgestattet ist.
Das Modell INGRID verfügt über eine optimale
Wärmespeicherung, und zwar wird bis zu 85% der
durch die Verbrennung erzeugten Wärme gespeichert,
die durch Abstrahlung gleichmäßig in den Raum
abgegeben wird.
Das Modell INGRID verfügt ausserdem über einen
ECOOFEN. Dieser ist aus AISI 304 Edelstahl und
erwärmt sich sehr schnell. Der ECOOFEN ist ein Gerät,
das unter Verwendung aus der Feuerstelle
austretenden Rauchs Kochtemperaturen bis zu 320°C
erreicht und für das Garen verschiedenster Gerichte,
wie Pizza, Brot, Braten sowie aller anderen Gerichte
Ihrer Phantasie geeignet ist.

INSTALLATION
2.1
INSTALLATIONSORTS
Nebenliegende Wände und Stellfläche müssen aus
feuerfestem und wärmebeständigem Material sein;
andernfalls
Schutzvorrichtungen aus feuerfestem Isoliermaterial
gesorgt werden. Bevor der Ofen in seine endgültige
Position gestellt wird, bei nicht feuerfestem
Bodenbelag eine 2-3 mm starke Metallplatte verlegen,
die ca. 80 cm weit unter dem Ofen nach vorne hinaus
ragen soll (Abb. 2.1).
Es muss außerdem ein Sicherheitsabstand von
mindestens 20 cm zu den umliegenden Wänden
eingehalten werden.Eventuelle über dem Ofen
befindliche Abdeckungen aus brennbarem Material
(z.B. Holzbalken und -decken) müssen mit Hilfe von
Blenden aus feuerfestem Isoliermaterial abgeschirmt
werden. Für eventuelle Instandhaltungsarbeiten den
nötigen Raum frei lassen.
2.2
VERBRENNUNGSLUFT
Der Kaminofen entnimmt dem Aufstellungsraum
während seines Betriebs eine geringe Luftmenge;
diese Luft muss über eine Luftzufuhr von außen zum
Raum hin wieder zugeführt werden (Abb. 2.1, A
Luftzufuhr von außen).
